Most leaks have suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S25 EDGE will have a price label somewhere between the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and now that looks almost certainly, since Samsung has accidentally revealed Canadian prices.
As detained by Roland Quandt, the company made the error prior to the launch in a promotional offer for the Galaxy Tab S10 Fe, revealing that the Galaxy S25 EDGE of 256 GB will cost $ 1,678.99 Canadian dollars, while a 512GB model will cover it $ 1,858.99.
Price conversions are rarely precise, so we will not bother them here, but the key to keep in mind is that this initial price places the advantage of the Galaxy S25 between the initial Canadian price of the Galaxy S25 Plus ($ 1,438.99) and the Galaxy S25 Ultra ($ 1.918.99). So, the same will surely remain true elsewhere.
This light telephone is with leaks
And this is not the only new information of Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, since the reputation fleeting Evan Blass has shared a screenshot of what is read as the official marketing text of Galaxy S25 Edge.
While we would take this with a pinch of salt, the source has an excellent history, and the text mentions things like a 200MP camera, an elite chipset Snapdragon 8, battery life throughout the day, a thickness of only 5.8 mm and a weight of only 163 g, most of which we have heard before.
By way of comparison, the standard Samsung Galaxy S25 has 7.2 mm thick and weighs 162 g, but the edge is expected to have a much larger screen, so if it only weighs 1 g more than the Galaxy S25, it is still quite impressive.
But with 5.8 mm thick, it may not be as thin as the air of the iPhone 17, which, according to the reports, has only 5.65 mm thick. However, it remains to be seen if a small difference will have an impact.
We should discover how thin the Samsung Galaxy S25 EDGE is felt soon, since according to FN News (through @jukanlosreve), the phone will be announced on May 13 and is sent worldwide on May 30.
