Varsities lead manifestations against India’s threats

Karachi:

Affant heat, the University of Karachi (KU) and the Aligarh Institute (AIT) organized powerful protest demonstrations on Monday to denounce Indian aggression, irresponsible actions and threats to unilaterally suspend the Indo Water Treaty.

With passionate songs, stirred flags and certain faces, students, teachers and personnel came out in large quantities to express unwavering support for the sovereignty and the armed forces of Pakistan, sending a clear message of unity and resistance to external threats.

Directed by the Vice Chancellor of the University of Karachi, Professor Dr. Khalid Mahmood Iraqi, the demonstration witnessed a strong participation of the members of the Faculty, the students and the non -teaching staff, all expressing their opposition to the aggressive position of India.

The demonstration began in the administrative building of the University and concluded in Azadi Chowk. The participants carried banners and banners condemning the threats of India and expressing solidarity with Pakistan.

The slogans such as “Pakistan Zindabad”, “India, Back” and “Long live the Pakistan army” echoed the entire event.

Directing the media, Dr. Iraqi emphasized that India’s actions represent a serious threat not only for Pakistan but also for regional peace and stability.

He reaffirmed that the Treaty to the Water of the Indo is an internationally recognized agreement that cannot be suspended unilaterally.

“Suspending the Water Treaty of the Indo is an attempt to endanger agriculture, economy and the livelihoods of Pakistan,” he warned. “

He also encouraged students to channel their knowledge, unity and patriotism towards national development and solidarity.

The Aligarh Institute of Technology (AIT) also organized a demonstration to protest against Indian aggression and demonstrate unwavering patriotism.

The atmosphere was electric with the wave of national flags, passionate patriotic songs and a deep sample of love for the homeland.

The participants carried posters and banners with slogans. The rally began with the national anthem, followed by an energetic march directed by the students.
