Pakistan will retaliate with double force if it is caused by India: Naqvi

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi warned Tuesday that Pakistan would respond with twice the force if India causes, in the midst of growing regional tensions.

Speaking to journalists in Islamabad, Naqvi was asked what Pakistan’s reaction would be if India initiated hostile actions. “If India tries any mischief, the answer will be two by one,” he said, issuing a severe message.

He also confirmed that the Pakistan Women’s Cricket team will not travel to India for the Women’s Cup of ICC 2025 in September.

Referring to the recent attack on the Jaffa Express train, Interior Minister said there was evidence of Indian participation, adding that Interior Minister of State Talal Chaudhry would soon inform the media with more details.

Naqvi also commented on the attack of the pahalgama in Jammu and Kashmir of illegally occupied from India, stating that the incident reflects more broad intentions and agendas by India.
