The Los Angeles Lakers star, LeBron James, faced questions about her NBA future after he and her team were eliminated from the first round of the NBA playoffs on Wednesday night.

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Lakers in game 5 and won the series, 4-1. James did not seem to make concrete decisions about his career in the future.

“I don’t have the answer to that,” James said when asked how long he will continue playing. “Something that will sit with my wife and my support group and I will only talk about him, and see what happens. I only have conversations with myself about how long I want to play. I don’t know the answer to that right now, to be honest.”

Every year since the bubble season could have been the year James finally moved away from the game. However, in season 22, after having played some games with his son Bronny, it seems that the verification list of the achievements remains shorter.

He had 22 points, seven rebounds and six assists in the 103-96 defeat on Wednesday.

“It depends on me if I’m going to continue playing, or how long I will continue playing,” James said. “Ultimately, it depends on me, so it has nothing to do with anyone else.”

There have been no indications that James does not return to the Lakers for the 2025-26 season. He has a $ 52.6 million player option for next year and would become a free -free free agent after that.

James would break the NBA longevity record in case he took the floor next season. It also has 49 regular season games behind Robert Parish for most games played.
