When it comes to the best headphones on the ear you can buy, our current list presents the WH-000xm4 and 000xm5 Wh-000xm5, and it seems that the Sony Wh-000xm6 par will be announced before a long time.
According to Walkman’s blog (through Notebookckck), Sony Wh-1000xm6 headphones will be announced in the first or second week of May. However, it could be in mid -June before I can ask for them online or find them in stores.
The same source says that the price will be around $ 479. As will see in a reading of our Sony Wh-000xm5 review, the current headphones were launched to $ 399 / £ 380 / AU $ 649 (although they are now cheaper), so we are seeing a quite substantial price increase.
Taking into account that the WH-000xm5 headphones made their debut in May 2022, the monitoring torque has taken a long time to arrive. The model before that, the Sony Wh-000xm4, was released in August 2020.
