Int’l media guest to visit loc today

Islamabad:

The Federal Ministry of Information has invited representatives of foreign media to visit the various places throughout the control line (L0C), where, according to India propaganda, Pakistan directs militant training fields. Visits will be held today and tomorrow, Monday and Monday.

The measure aims to burst the false narrative of India that militant organizations are operating on the Pakistan side of the LOC, the de facto border that divides the Himalayas valley disputed by Jammu and Kashmir between the two nuclear armed nations, sources said in the ministry.

The sources said the media will be informed about the realities of the land to expose the falsehood of the Indian statements.

According to a ministry spokesman, Pakistan remains firmly committed to global peace and completely rejects any form of terrorism or terrorist activities. “The Pakistani nation is determined to protect its sovereignty,” he added.

The Federal Information Information Minister, Attaullah Tarar and the Director General of Public Relations (ISPR) (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif, will also inform the key leaders of several political parties today about the national security situation.

The informative session will cover the perspectives of a possible armed conflict between Pakistan and India and its possible repercussions. Participants will be informed about the preparation of Pakistan’s army, the Government’s diplomatic efforts to calm the tensions and position of the State on the subject.

Nueva Delhi blamed Islamabad hours after a militant attack in the Pahalgam area of the Indian Jammu and Kashmir (Iiojk) on April 22.

Later, India prepared a war hysteria, with some Pakistan officials stating that the hostile neighbor could throw a strike inside Pakistan in a few days.
