The president of the Popular Party of Pakistan (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, issued a strong reprimand to India on Wednesday during a speech in the National Assembly, declaring that any additional aggression would find an even greater force, said Express News.
“We melt five of its combat aircraft as mosquitoes,” he said, adding: “If they attack again, we will go down more.” Referring to the cross -border strikes of India earlier this week, the former Foreign Minister said the attacks were carried out under the cover of the dark, calling them cowardly and a violation of international law.
“Only thieves and cowards attack at night,” he added. “India attacked unarmed children. This is not the ancient was where Pakistan could be labeled as a terrorist state and the world would believe it.”
He stressed that for two weeks, India had leveled the accusations against Pakistan after a deadly incident in illegally occupied Indians Jammu and Kashmir (Iiojk). “Our prime minister offered to conduct investigations, but India did not accept the proposal or presented any evidence. Instead, he decided to attack,” he said.
Bilawal also approached the asymmetry in size and strength between the two nations, saying: “Yes, India is larger in size and numbers, and acts out of arrogance. But the resistant people of Pakistan will open the eyes of India. We are not lawyed for war, but if it attacks our unarmed civilians, then it will be prepared: Pakistan will respond.”
He concluded by stating that, according to the United Nations Charter, Pakistan reserves the right to defend himself and expressed full support to the Pakistani government and the Armed Forces in responding to Indian aggression. “The whole nation is linked to the armed forces and the government,” he said.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the armed forces of Pakistan for his rapid military response to an Indian air attack, stating that Pakistan’s Air Force turned a “dark night” into an “illuminated moon” by taking reprisals against the incursion attempt.
Speaking during the na session, Prime Minister Shehbaz accused India of launching a cross -border attack on the cover of darkness, similar to what he described as previous efforts of “cowardly.”
“The enemy state of India once again tried to attack Pakistan in the dark of the night,” the prime minister told legislators. “But Pakistan’s army responded fiercely, turning that dark night into the moon.”
Prime Minister Shehbaz confirmed that Indian combat aircraft attacked areas in Azad Jammu and Kashmira, including near Sialkot, and said 80 Indian airplanes were involved. He affirmed that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) responded immediately and demolished five Indian planes.
“Our eagles were on full alert,” he said. “As soon as the Indian airplanes fell useful charges, our eagles fasted and demolished five planes. Pakistan won a great honor.”
The prime minister said that those who affirmed that we had been left behind in the conventional war should have turned in their senses now. “We melted five jets, it could have been ten, but our hawks acted with caution,” said Prime Minister.
