IHC eliminates the objections in Imran supplications, wife

Islamabad:

On Thursday, the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) ordered on Thursday that the Office of the Registrar assigned newspaper numbers to the requests presented by the founder of PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi seeking suspension of their convictions in the reference of £ 190 million.

The directive was issued by a division bank comprising the president of the Interim Supreme Court Sarfraz Dogar and Judge Muhammad Asif after listening to arguments about the objections of the Registrar’s office regarding the maintainability of the plants.

During the hearing, the higher lawyers represented the petitioners, including Latif Khosa, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Bukhari, Sardar Masroof Khan and others.
