Islamabad:
The Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) on Tuesday the elimination of the name of Aleema Khan, Pakistan’s sister Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, of the lists of travel prohibitions and ordered him to approach the Court of First Instance to go to trips abroad.
The IHC also issued a six -page trial that allowed the supplication of the PTI Raoof Hasan leader for the elimination of his name of the travel prohibition list and indicated in a similar way that he seeks permission from the Court of First Instance to travel abroad.
IHC Judge Khadim Hussain Soomro heard the request of Aleema Khan. During the hearing, defenders Ali Bukhari, Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry and Niazullah Niazi appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.
The Court accepted the petition and ordered the elimination of its name from the Passport Control List (PCL) and the National Provisional Identification List (PNIL). The court told him to request permission for foreign trips from the Court of First Instance.
Meanwhile, IHC judge, Inam Amin Minhas, issued his written decision, approving the request of Raoof Hasan for the elimination of his name from the PCL. The judge said that a criminal case, pending or under investigation, did not justify the inclusion of the name of the petitioner on the PCL.
The court declared the order to include the name of Hasan in the PCL as illegal. He added that the petitioner was on bail in the case against him, but the State did not approach the relevant court for the cancellation of the bond.
The court ordered the elimination of the name of Hasan from the PCL and ordered him to approach the Court of First Instance to obtain permission to travel abroad. The Court also ordered the Court of First Instance to decide the application expedited according to the law.
