Vietnam has established a new Guinness world record with a drone light show that involves 10,518 synchronized drones.
The exhibition, which took place in the city of Ho Chi Minh on April 28, 2025, commemorated the 50th anniversary of the liberation of southern and national reunification.
The certified record, officially recognized by Guinness as the “largest drone light show by number of drones that fly simultaneously.” It seems to have come from an essay before an official public event planned for April 30, which was later canceled.

The performance of the drones was promoted by Damoda, a Chinese company that has become known worldwide for its large -scale air exhibitions, and designed in close conjunction with the Vietnamese organizers of the program.
