Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel are fighting exactly the same: being the future of the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns took both field marshal in the NFL draft last month. Perhaps the most shocking selection of the two was the fact that Gabriel was taken in the third round as the unprecedented slide of Sanders continued.
With Sanders, once considered even a general selection in the top three, still available in the fifth round, Cleveland hooked him.

It is a field marshal room full of people in Cleveland, which also presents Deshaun Watson, Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett. And one can imagine that with two rookies, which are somewhat promoted, things could be uncomfortable.
But that is not the case of Sanders and Gabriel.
“Everything has been great,” Sanders told Sportscasting. “He is a great person. I like how he handles situations, especially only the negative media that are approaching. I am happy that he is sure. He is able to handle everything. We are really great.”
Sanders added that they are “safe” learning from each other in practice.

Gabriel, Cam Ward, Jaxson Dart, Tyler Shaugh and Jalen Milroe were taken in front of Sanders.
Oregon’s former field marshal said during the rookie mini -pile that “loves[s]”Having Sanders as a teammate.
“You know, I love who it is. I think only for both of us, you can learn from each other,” he said. “But also, it’s not just the two in the room. At least for now [during rookie minicamp] It is, but, you know, entering the year, Kenny, Joe and even Deshaun, only a lot of boys who played a lot of ball that we can all learn from each other. “
He also ruled out a question about him obtaining the first snapshots of the camp (something that chief coach Kevin Stefanski said he does not “investigate”).

“I think the more questions they ask me like that, I just divide the team,” he said. “For me, we are in a room full of not only us, Kenny, Joe and Deshaun. For us, we know how important a healthy QB room is. But also, a team of which you want to be part. How do you create an environment every day in which everyone can be the best?
