Objection to the supplication of the probation of Imran


Islamabad:

The Superior Court of Islamabad issued its written order on a request presented by Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for the release of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on probation, saying that the objections collected by the office of the registrars were not yet in the office.

CM Gandapur had transferred the application for the release of Imran, who had been convicted in the case of £ 190 million, could be the target of Indian drones while in Adiala’s jail. The petition was heard by the president of the interim justice of IHC, Sardar Sarfaz Dogar.

The registrar’s office raised the objections that the convict did not submit the application and asked how such relief could be sought for another person. Secondly, the office said that the person sought had no part of the case.

Imran was convicted in the reference moved by the National Responsibility Office (NAB). The Registry Office also said that in the petition, NAB had not become part of the case, the application for the liberation of probation of a convicted person.
