Jay-Z Lands in Hot Waters Again Amid Rape Lawsuit Involving Diddy

Jay-Z has landed himself in trouble once again when Tony Buzbee sued his company Roc Nation.

It should be noted here that the law firm is behind the filing of the civil lawsuit accusing the 55-year-old rapper of raping a 13-year-old girl along with Sean Diddy Combs in 2000 at a VMA Awards after-party.

Jay-Z, in return, denied the allegations, calling them “idiotic” and claiming that Buzbee tried to “blackmail” him.

Now, Tony Buzbee, a Texas-based law firm, has accused the rapper’s company in a new lawsuit of using “shadow operatives” and “false credentials” to pressure its clients to sue his firm.

Tony, in a lengthy Instagram post, also claimed that Jay-Z’s entertainment company, Roc Nation, took the step of seeking out Tony’s former clients to try to convince them to sue him.

The lawyer, famous for prosecuting Diddy’s accusers, also claimed that Beyoncé’s husband offered his clients up to $10,000 (£7,900) to do so.

The celebrity attorney also alleged that his company’s employees posed as state officials and “displayed false badges” in an attempt to persuade them to file false claims.

In the post, he wrote: “This time the defendants overstepped their bounds, were careless, and stupidly got caught up in their illegal scheme.”

“We have reported this conduct to authorities and intend to cooperate with authorities to ensure that all those involved are prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law,” the post concluded.
