Telegram and X have not yet signed an agreement that would bring Xai’s Grok to Telegram, although Pavel Durov from Telegram announced it the earliest Wednesday, exerting sales pressure on the recent Ton Rally.
The agreement would see Telegram receive 50% of the income of XAI subscriptions sold through its platform, together with $ 300 million in cash and capital, since the messenger giant seeks to raise $ 1.5 billion through an offer of bond bonuses bonded by Blackrock, Mubadala and Citadel, previously reported.

“No agreement has been signed,” the XAI CEO, Elon Musk, published on Wednesday night in response to the founder of Telegram.
Ton, a token associated with Telegram, fell from $ 3.60 to $ 3.28 at the time after tweet. The Token had been in a demonstration in the hours after the announcement, previously 14% in the day, according to Coindesk market data.
Pavel Durov of Telegram later published in X that Musk’s statement was true.
“Agree in principle, but the formalities are pending,” he wrote.
