Netflix has finally announced the launch dates of the highly anticipated fifth and final season of Strangest things.
According to the transmission giant, the final delivery of the science fiction series will be launched in three parts at the end of this year. The first part will premiere on November 26 and the second on Christmas day.
However, the grand finale of the program will arrive in Netflix on the eve of the New Year.
The debut dates of the series were announced on Saturday at the Netflix Tudflix admirers event in Los Angeles.
Recently, Strangest things Producer Ross Duffer said of the final series: “We spent a full year filming this season. In the end, we had captured more than 650 hours of footage.”
In addition, he said: “Then, it is not necessary to say that this is our biggest and most ambitious season so far. It’s like eight movies of great success. It’s quite crazy.”
Ross’s brother, Matt Duffer, added: “At the same time, we believe it is our most personal history. It was very intense and emotional to film, for us and for our actors. We have been doing this show together for almost 10 years. There was a lot of crying. There was a lot of crying.”
“The program means a lot for all of us, and everyone put their hearts and souls in it. And we hope, and we believe, that passion will translate on the screen,” he continued.
