NAB to oppose Imran, Bushra’s plea in IHC


Islamabad:

The National Responsibility Office (NAB) will send to a team of prosecution of five people to oppose the application of the founder of PTI Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, for suspension of their sentences in the case of £ 190 million in the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) this week.

The IHC has scheduled a separate appeal for the suspension of the sentence on June 5. For the audience, NAB formed a special team of five prosecutors, led by Sardar Muzaffar Ahmed Khan. Other members include Irfan Ahmed, Sohail Arif, Rafi Maqsood and Yasir Salem Rana.

According to Express News, the special team has formed in the direction of the NAB Attorney General, Syed Ehtesham Qadir Shah.
