George Kirby lost little devastating injury on Tuesday night while he was on the mound.

The Seattle sailor launcher took a 102.7 mph line trip to the face, which resulted in a bleeding from the mouth.

With two outs in the fifth inning, Kirby threw a quick ball into the third base of the Orioles, Ramón Urias, which quickly started towards the middle. Baseball hit Kirby’s face, and immediately ran out of the field when the blood flowed from his mouth.

Kirby left the game, but the ball attacked him in his field number 95, so it is likely that his night has ended anyway.

“I didn’t even see him come,” Kirby said. “Simply lift my hand. So, I’m glad any of the bad points on my face has been lost.”

“It didn’t even hurt, sincerely,” Kirby said after the game, through MLB.com. “He shake hands, like 50/50, hand/mouth, but we are fine. There is nothing wrong with that.”

Kirby was rapidly examined by sailor training personnel after what Manager Dan Wilson called a “scary” moment.

“It’s very close, and you just expect the best,” Wilson said. “It seemed that he was a little surprised by everything, even when he left.

“But he was able to gather everything. There was some blood down when he left the field where he bit him in his face. But I think it will be fine.”

The beginning of the 27 -year -old law was delayed until the end of May due to inflammation in his launch shoulder, and had not yet launched to his standard. Upon entering the season, he had an effectiveness of 3.43 in his career, but that number this season is up to 8.56, even after five two -run ball tickets on Tuesday.

“I feel good right now,” Kirby said. “Obviously, you don’t want to launch so many pitches in five tickets, but I’m glad to feel very well after that. So that is a good sign.”
