Caitlin Clark can still be neglected due to an injury, but has not prevented him from presuming his teammate from Indiana Faver, Lexie Hull, while the team tries to boost his absence.
The fever let their fans know some of the players on the list. Hull was one of them when the team gathered an image on his Instagram account. Hull’s notes included that it was from Spokane, Washington, has a dog called Libby and the “strange thing” he loves.

“A1 and Cheddar,” said the article.
Clark took the opportunity to make fun of Hull on Instagram.
“A1 and Cheddar. What does that mean?” She wrote with some weeping emojis. “Do you like A1 sauce on cheese? Huhhhhhhhhh.”
Hull responded later, saying “Short Cheddar cheese. Suberea in sauce A1. Thank you later.”
Clark and Hull have become nearby friends since the fever selected Clark with the general number 1 of the WNBA Draft in 2024.

Hull numbers have improved since Clark joined the team. He was averaging 4.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game in 2023. When Clark joined in 2024, Hull improved his averages to 5.5 points per game and won the sixth player of the year votes.
Hull has had a start in its first seven games of 2025. It is averaging 10.4 points, 4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. Its percentage of field goal increased from 44.1% last year to 54.5% this year.
Clark’s injury has definitely hindered the ability of fever to win games.
