Karachi:
A Constitutional Bank of the Superior Court of Sindh (SHC) has allowed former President Dr. Arif Alvi to withdraw up to RS1 million of his frozen bank accounts.
A bank of two SHC members, headed by Judge KK Agha, heard a request challenging the freezing of the former president’s bank accounts.
During the hearing, an investigation officer of Islamabad and the director of the National Agency for Cyber Crimes, Waqar Ahmed, appeared before the Court. Ahmed asked the court to grant additional time to present the answer.
