Alvi allowed to withdraw to RS1M

A Constitutional Bank of the Superior Court of Sindh (SHC) has allowed former President Dr. Arif Alvi to withdraw up to RS1 million of his frozen bank accounts.

A bank of two SHC members, headed by Judge KK Agha, heard a request challenging the freezing of the former president’s bank accounts.

During the hearing, an investigation officer of Islamabad and the director of the National Agency for Cyber ​​Crimes, Waqar Ahmed, appeared before the Court. Ahmed asked the court to grant additional time to present the answer.
