talking to FabulousFormer royal butler Harrold Grant revealed that Charles is desperate to talk to the little royals and send them sweet Christmas gifts.
“The King will send gifts,” he said, “I guarantee you that something will be sent, and in the same way gifts will be sent to grandfather or grandmother. [from the Sussexes].
Revealing what kind of gifts Charles has in mind for Archie and Lilibet, Harrold said: “When it comes to toys and the King, have you ever been to the Highgrove shop? It’s all very traditional. “The King is very traditional.”
“I don’t see him buying them an Xbox or something like that; I’m probably too young anyway. It’s going to be more traditional, you know, like a log farm or something.”
He went on to claim that Charles could also video call Prince Harry and Meghan Markle so they could show him their grandchildren.
“There will be the opportunity to see each other; Whether it’s watching them open gifts, that’s entirely possible, because that’s what a lot of families do. It’s not something new.
“I would be surprised if they didn’t FaceTime so I could see the grandkids opening the gifts he sent them,” he added. “There will definitely, without a doubt, be communication.”
