Sean Diddy Comps team wants a null judgment in the case of sexual assault

Sean Diddy Comorts has requested a null trial in its case of sex trafficking.

The musician’s team believes that there was “fiscal misconduct” in a letter from June 7 to Judge Arun Subramanian.

The defense added in the letter that “the government has presented a testimony that knew or should have known that it was materially false related to its accusation that Mr. Combs hung Bryana Bongolan on the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016”.

“Consequently, to avoid an unfair conviction in this case, the court must grant a null trial,” the defense team continued.

“The incident, as claimed, is disturbing and powerful evidence, and the government has used it to represent Mr. Combs in an extremely negative light, as an angry and dangerous man who terrified Mrs. Ventura and her friends,” the defense team continued.
