Princess Eugenie and Beatrice joined their uncle, King Charles, for a pre-Christmas lunch at the palace after their father, Prince Andrew, decided to cancel major events.
According to a report from daily mailAndrew pulled out of the pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace amid the “spying” scandal.
The duke will also not attend the royal family’s Christmas celebrations at Sandringham next week.
The report claims the Duke of York made the big decisions after speaking to his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, who “advised him not to attend.”
Following Prince Andrew’s decision, his daughters Beatriz and Eugenia broke their cover by attending King Charles’ lunch.
According to the daily expressBeatrice was in the passenger seat while her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi drove them to the party.
Princess Eugenie was also seen in a separate car with her husband Jack Brooksbank.
