- DC Studios has launched a final advance for Superman

- His latest teaser contains some crucial details about his plot and the strange Easter egg
James Gunn’s Superman The film is officially less than a month away (at the time of publication, anyway). And, as the countdown to its release of July 11 Gathers Pace, DC Studios has presented a final advance for the comic film directed by David Korenswet.

The trailer, which also confirms that tickets are already on sale for one of the new most anticipated films of 2025, not only contains images that we have seen in the other teasers of the DC Universe film (DCU).
In fact, there are numerous new clips that hint the direction of their plot and contain the strange Easter egg of DC Comics. Therefore, here there are four crucial details and/or references to previous Superman projects that could have been lost to see first. 1. A look at the handsome Lord
If your initial reaction to this individual is “… who?”, You are not alone. Mister Handsome is not an established character of DC Comics; In fact, it seems to be a new creation for this DCU Chapter One movie.
Well, who is he? We don’t really know it, but that has not prevented fans with eagle eyes from thinking that they have seen it in SupermanThe last trailer.

There is more evidence that suggests that this is the case. In the characteristic behind the scene of Superman, we see another being that not only resembles the character in SupermanThe final advance, but also has a visibly different posture and appearance for most humans.
In addition, reaching its maximum point of a recent interview by Fandango, Hault and Gunn revealed that Hault’s son, who occasionally visited the Superman Set, I had love for the handsome Lord. Elaborating who this character is, Gunn joked: “Mr. Handsome is the Lex creature that he created in a Petri dish that leads on this flying platform that is the highest and highest creature in the world.”
This does not confirm that the pale skin individual that we see briefly is Lord handsome, but Gunn’s description aligns with how little we have seen of them. Add the incredibly ironic name for someone who is not attractive to see and this has Be a handsome lord.
2. Ultraman unmasked
There have been many speculations about the real identity of Ultraman. I have widely covered the theory of bigger fans about this secondary villain, so I will not do it here again. SupermanThe third trailer does not offer much on the path of the new images of Ultraman, but there are a couple of injectable shots of this mysterious individual without his mask. The first sample to ultraman flying to the man of steel with his own heat vision capacity. Later, we see Supes by hitting a mismatch with a large metallic object.
None of the clip is slow or long enough to give us a good look at the ultraman’s face. However, we know that he will lose his face covering at some point, which suggests that we will discover who he really is. My money is still that he is a superman clone.
3. Green Lantern’s ‘Big Blue’
In the 1:20 mark of the trailer, we see Gardner/Green Lantern from Nathan Fillion to Kal-El. Clearly, something happened between the couple and it seems that Gardner is trying to incite Supes to attack him. Do not make fun of someone saying “make a movement, Big Blue” if you are not trying to antagonize it.
“Big Blue” may sound like a form of mockery by Gardner, but in reality it is a call to one of Superman’s oldest nicknames. In fact, it is a reference to the nickname of ‘The Big Blue Boy Scout’ that Krypton’s son also spent in the 1950s. It is also a alias that has shortened ‘Big Blue’ in countless other comics.
This, then, seems to be one of the many tribute that will be paid to the literary roots of tomorrow’s man in his last adventure on the big screen.
4. Who is Baby Joey in Superman?

And, given the unique powers of Metamorpho, it is tailored to create Kriptonite, also known as the only substance in the known galaxy that can damage/weaken someone like Superman. It seems, then, that Metorpho will be forced to create a bit of Kriptonite, which Luthor can use against Supes, so Luthor does not harm Joey.
