Los Angeles Chargers chief coach Jim Harbaugh, is entering his second season training the team, and has already caused a strong impression on his players.
Chargers’ kicker, Cameron Dicker, was excited about Harbaugh’s ability to connect with players and authenticity.
“It’s fun. It is fun to love you as your own parents love you. So, he is extremely genuine, which is very fun for all of us. But, man, you never know what you are going to get,” Dicker told Pak Gazette Digital Wednesday at night.

“It has some fun things that says in meetings, the same (does) with the media. So, what you see is the way it is with us. It’s great.”
Last season, the Chargers were 11-6 and arrived at the playoffs in the first season of Harbaugh. They lost 32-12 in the AFC’s wild card round against Houston Texans.
Dicker said the chargers need to “have fun” to overcome the hump. The 25 -year -old kicker said his coach does exactly that.

“I think he is gathering again. Gather the team (and) to have fun together. I think that is what Jim Harbaugh does. We saw one with him that year,” Dicker said.
“He unites a team. Everyone has fun around him. He is a funny funny guy. He is incredible, a very genuine guy, which is incredible. He also brings out the genuine person you are. And try to attack every day like this. It’s incredible.”
Last season, Dicker made 33 of 36 attempts with additional points and 39 of 42 field goal attempts.

Dicker usually makes most of the kick in the stadium of his home, Sofi Stadium, but that is about to change.
Sofi Stadium is one of the 16 host stages for next year’s World Cup, and Dicker is excited about that.
“The atmosphere is going to be incredible. I think add another level when you bring international fans, when you bring (people) who are only representing their countries. It will be … very exciting. I’m pumped,” Dicker said.
