Surprise! Garmin has revealed the Garmin Venu X1, an intelligent “Ultrathin” clock with a huge 2 -inch AMOLED screen and up to eight days of battery.
The Garmin Venu X1 seems to be an Apple Watch Ultra 2 competitor, with an even larger screen (the Ultra is 1.9 inches). This giant and square AMOLED screen is configured to show full color maps to ensure that adventures can navigate, custom clock faces and what seems to be a redesigned interface.
A speaker and microphone matrix on board allows you to take calls in Wrist while connected to your phone, and use simple voice commands such as ‘establishing a timer’ or ‘start an activity in execution’ even while it is offline.
The new model includes 32 GB of internal memory, presumably for in-watch music, and the updated Garmin V5 heart rate sensor, more recently used in the Garmin Forerunner 570 and 970. It has the LED LED lantern on board Garmin, a titanium back and a scratch-proof sapphire glass that stir the screen.
