As obvious as it seems in retrospect, he took two words before realizing that today’s theme was a tribute to the parents of the world, with a selection of words with pa, dad, dad or pop.
I spent time wondering what Mexican food (chalupa) has to do with seafood (Crawdad) before I get it.
Although there is a feeling that Father’s Day is simply a holiday to generate some summer cash for the congratulation card industry, I say that any day that allows you to appreciate the family is a good thing.
However, I think some companies are too far trying to ascend aboard that dad training: chocolate and whiskey is one thing, but a store where I was last week had a sign next to a desk printer that said “give your father what he really wants the day of this father.” I think I can speak on behalf of most parents when I say that what we really want is not a printer.
How did you do it today? Avise me in the comments below.
