Islambad:
The KP government has submitted a request in the Supreme Court that seeks to become part in the case of current review of reserved seats.
The petition was presented by the additional general defender of KP, stating that the government and the speaker are necessary parts.
The request argues that the review petitioners deliberately excluded the KP government, added that the Court’s decision directly affects their fundamental rights and interests.
The KP government has requested the SC to formally include it as surveyed in the case of the reserved seats.
