The general director of Public Relations between Services (ISPR), General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, praised the important role played by the nation, particularly the students, in the Bunyanum Marsoos operation during the recent conflict with India, the military media wing reported Tuesday.
The DG visited the Jinnah University of Karachi for women, where he interacted with the students and highlighted how his participation helped dismantle the strategic assumptions of India once and for all, according to the ISPR.
“In Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, La Nación, especially the students, played a crucial role in the permanent destruction of the strategic assumptions of India,” he said.
In addition, he reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to his territories, stating: “There is no doubt that Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan. The people of Baluchistan are obliged to Pakistan through religion, culture and traditions.”
The ISPR chief also assured that no external force, including a handful of India militants, could damage Pakistan’s relationship with Baluchistan.
When they arrived at the University, the Administration and the students welcomed Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry and paid tribute to the success of the Pakistan armed forces in the operation against India. The students expressed their support to the military, stating: “We are with the army of Pakistan, and the army is with the people.”
Pakistan’s armed forces carried out the Bunyanum Marsoos operation on May 10 as part of the ‘Marka-E-Haq’ military conflict in response to the amazing attacks of the Indian army that began on the night of May 6 and 7, resulting in the loss of innocent civil lives, including women, children and the elderly.
On May 10, Pakistan launched Operation Bunyanum Marsoos and deployed his Al-Fatah missile and went to multiple Indian military facilities. However, after the intervention of US President Donald Trump, the full and immediate fire between India and Pakistan was reached.
