Mobile clinics to operate in Punjab

Punjab Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced that the health services of the 911 clinics on the wheels will now be provided throughout the province.

When addressing the launch ceremony of the clinic project on the flights, Phase-II said: “The people of Punjab have suffered greatly in the last four years after the possession of Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. Cancer patients had to come to the roads for being denied to free medications.”

She stressed: “Not only cancer but also hepatitis and heart disease and insulin doses for two months are being administered at patients’ doors.” People before had to say goodbye to their jobs and be in queues to receive treatment and medicines. The health services of the clinics in the wheels will be provided in Punjab.

She maintained: “The Clinic-on Wheels project, which initially began with 245 vehicles a few months before, is receiving excellent public comments. Doctors, health visitors and allied staff are working in rural areas in clinics in the wheels, which also provide maternal and pediatric treatment and minor medical procedures.”

The prime minister said that vehicles with air conditioning had been bought for the second phase of the scheme. “I felt an immense pleasure when I received treatment as a normal patient in a government hospital. I received a treatment when receiving a hospital admission slip, she underwent a magnetic resonance exploration and the doctors administered me injections,” he said.

The prime minister said that more than 10 million patients had received free treatment immediately through the Clinic-on-Wheels project. Clinics provide facilities to verify blood pressure, undergo the detection and treatment of diseases.

She emphasized: “Children who suffer from malnutrition in southern Punjab will be treated immediately through clinics in the wheels.”

The clinics will be tracked to avoid the misuse of vehicles.
