Network Solutions, one of the oldest web and domain registrars companies, is integrating Web.com, a popular creator of websites and web accommodation platform in its network solution brand.
The news was announced earlier this week and was described as a movement that aims to create a “stronger and strongest digital experience for customers.”
Network Solutions was founded in 1979, as a company that offers domain names, website housing, email services and website construction tools. In 2011, it was acquired by Web.com for $ 405 million in cash, plus 18 million shares. Both companies are owned by Newfold Digital, a company that was formed in February 2021 when web.com and the presence on the Endurance website merged to form a joint advantage owned by Siris Capital and Clearlake Capital.
With this integration, network solutions sought to create a “safe and stable platform” that will mean tranquility for customers, he said. Web.com customers will now benefit from the 45 years of Network Solutions technical support, the company added.

“This strategic consolidation gathers decades of innovation, reliability and first level support, offering customers an integral experience under the brand of recognized network solutions worldwide,” said Christina Clohecy, CEO of Network Solutions. “It is the same reliable service that our clients know, now driven by the best of both brands, which makes it easier than companies growing online.”
In the announcement, Network Solutions emphasized that its service portfolio is now richer for the web website of web.com, offering a more simplified way to create professional websites in minutes.
The AI in the web design is becoming more popular every day, and all the best website builders have implemented revolutionary technology. Bluehost, Wix, Hostinger, Squarespace, 10Web and many others, have announced variants of website builders with AI, which offer improved experience with AI that minimize the need to codify knowledge.
