Pakistan has resumed flight operations to the Gulf region after the reopening of the airspace about Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, aviation sources confirmed on Tuesday.
This development occurred after Trump negotiated the fire between Israel and Iran through conversations with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday, while his team, including vice president JD Vance, held conversations with Tehran, said a senior White House official.
The national airline, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), had temporarily suspended flights on Monday night due to the growing tensions in the region.

Despite the restoration of services, delays are still expected from five to thirteen hours for flights to the Gulf. A total of 32 flights have been canceled, including 14 Qatar Airways services, according to updated flight schedules.
In addition, 55 flights, both arrivals and exits, have experienced delays in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and other cities airports.
Although Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates did not close their airspace, several flights deviated to alternative airports due to the growing situation.
Bahrain and Kuwait had resumed the operations before, with Qatar following their example later at night, which allowed a partial restoration of the services.
Previously, PIA announced the suspension of its flight operations from Pakistan to Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Dubai due to the ongoing security situation in the Gulf region.
A PIA spokesman declared that the decision to limit flight operations is a precautionary measure in response to augmented tensions in the region.
The suspension affects all the programmed flights between Pakistan and these destinations of the Gulf.
PIA has assured that operations will resume once the situation in the region is normalized. Passengers are recommended to be reserved on these flights that communicate with the PIA call center to obtain updated information about their trips.
In addition, the PIA Reserve Department has begun to reserve the passengers affected on alternative flights.
The airline apologized for any inconvenience caused by cancellation, emphasizing that the safety of its passengers is of the highest priority.
