Icloud.com is still loading, but continues to show the same emerging window of ‘connection error’ at my end. And here is a look at the current list of problems impacted on the Apple state page.
From now on, it is not extending beyond ICloud, so there are no impacts on the App Store or Apple Music.

The only problem or interruption that is not of ICloud is with ‘Apple Business Essentials’, which currently appears as a problem, a solved interruption and a solved problem.
Find that me is also having problems
Apple has updated its state page to keep in mind that ‘finding my’ as well as ‘Icloud and login account’ are experiencing problems. The latter, related to the account and login, have the same start time as the other problems and interruption, but ‘find my’ shows an start of 3:57 pm et.

I take my photos to ICloud, so I am in the impacted group, apparently, for now.

The photos also have problems
While ‘Photos’ only appears as a problem with Apple and points out that a user could be having problems with the service, the editor of Techradar in general Lance Ulanoff let me know that when I see images in the application photos on their iPhone, the images were renouncing a lower resolution that potentially point to problems that access the photos from Icloud.
However, this has resolved for him, and is now being charged in full resolution. Try to see photos on Icloud.com does not work at this time, since I am still seeing a connection error there.
And, at least, Apple instructs its services to notify you when something is wrong. Now I am seeing a ‘connection error’ screen appear, informing me that something is happening.
I have also heard from colleagues and at least a friend who are seeing this same emerging window before registering or trying to return to an active session at Icloud.com.
While I could log in to Icloud.com only a few minutes ago, when it loads it now nothing more than the logo in the upper left.
From 2:36 PM ET, the ICLoud State page of Apple shows an interruption for ‘ICLOUD web app (Icloud.com)’ and ‘iWork for ICloud’, pointing out that some users are affected with problems to access or use parts of these services.
