Last season, Josh Allen possibly produced the best performance of his NFL career.
Shortly after finishing the regular season with 12 touchdowns by land and 28 touchdowns of pass against six interceptions, Allen was named MVP of the NFL. Recently, Allen took a moment to reflect on his personal achievements, but also made it clear that raising the coveted Vince Lombardi trophy remains his main objective.

“I don’t play too much on that,” Allen told Sports Illustrated. “You know, it’s a great honor, and I appreciate being honored for my work. But at the same time, I still didn’t win a Super Bowl. I didn’t win a ring, and that is the only goal. It is the only approach I have had in this league.”

While Buffalo Bills have had considerable success in the regular season with Allen under the center, the Mariscal de Campo Estrella has helped guide Bills six consecutive appearances in the playoffs. The Bills have also won five consecutive titles of the EAST division of the AFC.
However, the team has fallen short in the postseason in recent years.

The AFC championship game last January against Kansas City chiefs marked the most recent disappointment for Bills. Allen fell short in Bills’s version of the “Push Tush” in the last quarter, which allowed the Chiefs to resist a 32-29 victory.
The bosses have managed to eliminate Bills four times in the last five NFL postcards.

Allen promised to continue doing the necessary work in the hope of obtaining buffalo “on that hump.”
“At the end of the day, you have to reach the playoffs, and then you have to win three, maybe four games,” added Allen. “And that is what we must do. And we will continue working as hard as we can, and I include. What can we do to find a way about that hump? So, that is the only objective in the future.”
More than three decades have passed since the Bills advanced to the Super Bowl. The franchise suffered four consecutive losses in the great game of 1991-94.
The Bills open the regular season 2025 on September 7 at home against the Baltimore Ravens.
