Rawalpindi:
The security forces killed 11 terrorists sponsored by the Indians, while two security personnel were martyred, during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the southern district of Waziristan of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, the army in a statement said Tuesday.
According to public relations between services (ISPR), the operation was carried out in the general area of Saragha in South Wazirist on the informed presence of Indian terrorists of the Indian terrorists of the Tehreek-E-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
“During the performance of the operation, the troops themselves effectively hired the location of Khwarij,” the statement said, referring to the terrorists belonging to the TTP. “Eleven Indians sponsored Khwarij have been killed and seven were injured by security forces,” he added.
However, during the intense fire exchange, the ISPR said: “A brave senior officer Syed Moiz Abbas Shah, who led his troops from the front, fought galantely and paid the last sacrifice along with another brave son of the ground Lance Naik Jibran Ullah.”
Passing rich tribute to the major Moiz Shaheed, the ISPR said it was recognized for its courage and daring actions in numerous operations carried out against the Khwarij.
According to the statement, a disinfection operation was being carried out to eliminate any other Kharji sponsored by the Indians found in the area. “Pakistan security forces are determined to eliminate the threat of terrorism sponsored by the country’s Indians and such sacrifices of our brave men even more strengthen our resolution.”
President Asif Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the professional capacities of the officers and the security forces personnel to carry out the operation with success against the terrorists of Fitna al-Khwarij.

The president and the prime minister reiterated the resolution to continue the fight against the scourge of terrorism until his complete eradication.
The president said that his resolution to eliminate terrorist elements would remain firm.
The prime minister also said that in his unwavering resolve again to defend the homeland, the entire nation, including him, was shoulder to shoulder with his armed forces.
