Gypsy-Rose Blanchard did not receive the best response to his first cosmetic surgery.
The Munchausen by Proxy Victim, 33, made an appearance in a recent episode of Tori Spelling’s podcast misspellingwhere he reflected on the instantaneous fame he received shortly after his release from prison in December 2023.
“Leaving the prison, I got on social networks and there were all these people judging me and basically they made me a celebrity during the night,” he began.
The influential mother also revealed that instant fame was a surprise for her.
“I am not a celebrity, I do not consider a celebrity, I am just a person and I did not expect to go on such a big platform,” he told Spelling more.
Blanchard then added that fame came mainly with trolling about the appearance of his “nose”, which finally led her to undergo rhinoplasty.
“I learned very quickly that there are people who will not remove the shoe to tell you that you have a great nose,” Blanchard said in the podcast.
This is not the first time that he speaks of the cosmetic procedure. In April, he described the procedure as part of a broader personal transformation.
“I am currently going through a personal transformation trip and that also includes a physical one,” he said at that time.
