Sixteen Pakistan Army soldiers were martyred while foiling terrorists’ attempt to attack a security check post in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) district of South Waziristan, the army’s media wing said on Saturday.
On the night of December 20-21, a group of terrorists attempted to attack the security forces check post in Makeen general area in the tribal district, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
