Nashville, Tenn. – Looking around the Vanderbilt meeting room at the University of the end on Tuesday, Trey McBride was one of the youngest players in the group of 80 wing closed.

“Ultimately, we are trying to raise the position of the closed wing, cultivate it as much as possible,” he said. “I’m glad that George has received more, and I hope someone will jump to George and that everyone can continue to earn more and more money. So, it is a great position that will continue to grow, and I’m glad that I can raise the bar a bit.”
McBride would not be in the position that is now if it were not to build a connection with the field marshal Kyler Murray, who clearly sees him as his security blanket in the cardinal offensive.
Last season, McBride was based on his second year by transporting at 111 of his 147 objectives of Murray for 1,146 yards with two touchdowns in 16 games. And some of those catches were double, or even triple, coverage.
