While Retzlaff is not Mormon, the Code of Honor applies to all students enrolled in Byu.

A woman, whom she was referred to as Jane Doe AG, is accusing Retzlaff of sexual aggression in a lawsuit filed in May. Retzlaff is being sued for alleged battery, assault and intentional inflicence of emotional anguish for an alleged incident in his apartment in November 2023.

Retzlaff, 22, is not being criminally accused.

According to the lawsuit, Salt Lake City’s wife says he met Retzlaff through social networks before accepting visiting him in his department to play video games, according to ESPN.

The original complaint claimed that Retzlaff attacked the woman’s neck and raped her after she tried to get out of her apartment, according to ESPN. However, the new presentations on Friday have denied the accusations, claiming that the two participated in consensual sex.

“Mr. Retzlaff specificly and categorically denies each and every one of the accusations that he bit, violated or strangled [the woman]They are ridiculous and strange accusations, all of which are false and false, “Retzlaff’s lawyers wrote, through ESPN.

It is unknown where Retzlaff will be transferred, or which teams may be interested in him for this year.
