Prince Harry had destroyed his relationship with Queen Elizabeth II in a period prior to his wedding.
The Duke of Sussex, who married Meghan Markle in 2018, bothered His Majesty after asking the Archbishop of Canterbury to perform the ceremony and not the Dean of Windsor.
Author Sally Bedell Smith writes in Sustack that Queen’s cousin, Lady Anson told her several months before the wedding: “She she [the Queen] He said he was really upset. I was surprised when the queen told me this, how she was so sad. He had no idea of the conversation, that he was rude with her for ten minutes.
“They had tea with her the day before yesterday. I was trying to find out about the wedding dress, and Meghan didn’t tell her,” he said.
Prince Harry left the royal family in 2020 with his wife Meghan Markle and his son, Prince Archie. Later, the couple accused the royal family of showing racism towards their son and publicly shared their complaints on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
