Karachi: A motorcyclist lost his life after the collision with a water oil tanker near the site area and Liaquat Chowrangi, since the authorities of application of the law took immediate measures when confiscating the oil tanker and stopping its driver on Tuesday.

Police intervened to ensure thorough investigation into the matter.

Both the water oil tanker and its driver were immediately transferred to the Site A police station to obtain more consultations.

Rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene to provide assistance.

At the beginning of last week, a deadly collision that involves a water oil tanker raised the total number of deaths of heavy traffic accidents in Karachi this year to 138, according to police reports.

On May 31, at least five lives were lost in five separate accidents, including that of a university professor.

The growing number of high -speed truck accidents, which have resulted in many deaths and injuries in recent months, has led the authorities to introduce various security measures.

This continuous problem has strengthened the demands of a stricter application of traffic regulations and the important improvements to the city’s road infrastructure to help prevent greater loss of lives.
