Islamabad:
The Deputy Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ishaq Dar, presided over a meeting of the Committee consisting of the Prime Minister to review the framework of the salary scale of the project.
The meeting was attended by Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal, SAPM Tariq Bajwa, secretaries of establishment and planning and senior officials of the relevant departments, said the DPM office in a press release.
The committee reviewed existing policies to hire qualified professionals under special salary scales, and considered multiple reform proposals, including competitive salary and incentive salary scales based on performance.
