Pakistan’s women’s football team achieved an impressive 2-0 victory against Indonesia of greater rank in its group D match of the 2026 AFC Asian Cup qualifiers in Tangerang on Wednesday.

Statistically, Indonesia dominated possession (63%) and surpassed Pakistan 20-5, but Pakistan’s disciplined defense and the clinical finish was decisive. The hosts also had a shot in the post, while Pakistan achieved three shots in the target of five attempts.

The last match of the Pakistan group phase will be against Kyrgyzstan on July 5.

His last international victory before this arrived in September 2023, when they defeated Laos by penalties.
