- The leaked photos show the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7 from several angles
- You can see it in an elegant blue tone, and it looks very thin
- Another filtration suggests that the phone will only have an IP48 rating
At this point, we have seen numerous filtered renders of the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7, but so far we have not seen much on the path of the photos. A leaked photo showed the bottom of the phone, but that was all, so far.
Today, @jukanlosreve, who has an excellent history of leaks, has shared photos that show the front, the back and the sides of the Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7, and although the details are not different from what we have already seen in the reinders, the phone looks much better in the meat.
You can see that it is in a blue tone here, which could be the ‘blue shadow’ that we have previously heard could be one of the colors Samsung Galaxy Z fold 7, although by name we hope it is darker.
In any case, you can also see a triple lens camera, and one of the photos provides a good look of how thin this phone could be.
The previous leaks do not agree with exactly how thin it will be, with sources that point to anything from 3.9 mm to 4.5 mm when they develop, but anywhere in that range would do it much more thin than the Samsung Galaxy Z 5.6 mm thick z fold 6.
A disappointment of dust
In other Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 news, a filtered energy rating label shared by @Mysterylux lists it as an IP48 rating. That is the same as the current model, and disagree with some previous leaks that pointed to better dust resistance.
If the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 has this rating, then, although it can survive the immersion in water at depths of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes, it will only have a minimal dust resistance, so that would be disappointing.
However, we suspect that this filtered label is correct, since folding phones always fight with dust resistance, and since Leaker @pandaflashpro also recently stated that it has an IP48 rating.
We should find out soon, since the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will launch on July 9, along with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7.
