Brad Pitt has just made a surprising reason behind Tom Cruise’s decision to step back Ford V Ferrari.
The duo was supposed to play the main papers of Ken Miles and Carroll Shelby, respectively. But Cruise retired from starring the car racing movie.
Talking with The Nationalhe Fight Club The actor said: “Tom and I, for a while there, were in ‘Ford v Ferrari’ with Joe [to direct]. This was about 10 years before the boys who really succeeded, and made him a great movie. “
The history of the 2019 film revolves around the intense rivalry between Ford and Ferrari in the 1960 motoring world, particularly 24 hours after Le Mans’s resistance career.
By revealing reason, Pitt continued: “What was reduced is that we both wanted to drive, and [Tom] I wanted to play against Shelby, and I wanted to play Ken Miles. And when Tom realized that Carroll Shelby wouldn’t drive much in the movie, he didn’t arrive. “
