The UFC star, Conor McGregor, has not fought since July 2021, but can have your eyes on a marquee event next year.
After President Donald Trump announced Thursday that an UFC fight will take place on White House land next year, McGregor reacted to the news with an apparent eagerness to participate, on social networks.

Later, McGregor spoke again of his publication with a photo of him and Trump in the Oval office.
In March, McGregor said he will also apply for president of his country of origin in Ireland.
On Friday, the fighter followed his position expressing interest with a bold prediction about participating in the White House fight next year as the acting president of the country.

In March, McGregor visited the White House and criticized the Irish government in an attempt to raise awareness about “the problems facing the people of Ireland.”
“Our government has long abandoned the voices of the people of Ireland, and it is time for the United States to take into account what is happening in Ireland. What is happening in Ireland is a parody. Our government is a zero -acting government and zero responsibility,” he said during an appearance along with the press secretary of the White House, Karoline Leavitt on March 20.
In terms of his fighting career, McGregor has long promoted his return to Octagon after his first attempt last June reached an unfortunate end due to a training injury.
In April, McGregor said he would only fight for an event that would occur in a great stadium.

“I will only return to a stadium,” he wrote in an X post after Wrestlemania 41, which was held at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
McGregor, 36, fought for the last time in 2021, when he lost to Dustin Poirier after breaking his leg during the fight. He was scheduled to fight Michael Chandler in UFC 303 in June, but the fight was called after his finger broke during training.
