
Lewis Capaldi accredited therapy to help him “be a musician again” after years of the music industry pause.
The 28 -year -old singer became sincere about his mental health struggles in a new clip he shared in his Instagram handle in a collaboration with Betterhelp.
“The therapy has been such a massive part of my last two years, a massive part of the reason I have been able to be a musician,” Lewis said in a clip.
“I feel that if I can be part of sharing that with other people, why not?” Added.
For those without versions, the Someone you loved Hitmaker announced a pause by acting after his 2023 Glastonbury concert.
“I used to enjoy every second of the shows like this and hoped that 3 weeks would order me,” he said on his Instagram in June 2023.
“But the truth is that I am still learning to adapt to the impact of my Tourette and on Saturday it became evident that I need to spend more time preparing my mental and physical health in order, so that I can continue doing everything I love for a long time,” added the musician.
Lewis recently surprised his fans by appearing in Glastonbury two years after he announced his pause.
“Glastonbury is so good to be back”, the Before you go Singer told the audience during his impressive performance on June 27.
“I’m not going to say much here because if I did, I could start crying,” Lewis added.
