Billy Corgan, an American guitarist and leader of Breaking pumpkinsRecently he praised the Black Sabbath final concert that was held in Villa Park on Saturday, July 5.

Corgan resorted to social networks to share an emotional publication, writing: “I listened for the first time to Black Sabbath in my uncle’s stereo about 50 years ago. Therefore, it was surreal to be in a football field with 45,000 strong to witness the end of this large institutional group that has touched me personally, professionally and, sometimes, even in the moments of work and camaraderie.”

He also honored the program architect, Sharon Osbourne, saying: “Music is, of course, the soundtrack of our lives, but yesterday in my estimate it was really special. As a three -dimensional soundtrack was being created in real time. Everything to celebrate this arrival home for the band once known as the earth.”

The tribute of Corgan concluded with a poetic farewell: “Every great trip has evidence and tribulations, tragedies and surprise. There is the magic, there are the tears. Both came out yesterday in pure exultation to be at the right point at the right time, and I cried in silence when my heroes fell into their wild sword, a mectic sword to say goodbye to the United States.”

“We have music and we have them in our hearts. You don’t have to be a musician to understand. But it helps, at least if you are trying to decode what is difficult to achieve in the cosmos.”

Finally, he added: “Now the band is here and not here; with us and yet it left. As it should be.”

For those not versed, Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath said goodbye to a final concert, a stadium show throughout the day called Return to the beginningIn Villa Park in Birmingham, England.
