The star of the Cincinnati Bengals, Joe Burrow, opened about the robbery at his home that took place while competing against the Dallas Cowboys in Texas in December.
Burrow was one of the three players presented in the second season of Netflix Docuseries. The program deepened the robbery that plagued Burrow for the rest of the 2024 season even though Cincinnati won the last five games of the year.

“From F — This happened to me at this time,” said Burrow. “When you are in the cloud nine, something will come back back. It simply felt like the type of year it was.”
“I feel uncomfortable when, you know, my life is very public … and, you know, it comes with work, but … there are certain parts of your life that they are, like … yours. Your house is one of them. When that is violated, people discover where you live, all these different things. Not all those who are all in their work are facing each other.
Four Chilean citizens were arrested in the robbery, and the authorities published a photo of them posing for a photo with the stolen accessories.
The series showed Burrow having a conversation with the then defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo about the robbery.

“They got all my jewels … but they could have stolen very worse things that,” he said. “I’m not crazy about some jewels. It was expensive, but … everything was assured.”
The star marshal said in the docuseries that he needed to put an important purchase waiting.
“I didn’t end up receiving the Blobile because I had other things I wanted to deal with at that time,” he said.
Burrow lamented the attention of the media that came with the robbery, which also put its relationship with Olivia Ponton in the center of attention.
The men, which the police say that they were in the country illegally, had tools for robberies at the time of their arrest, along with a Bengals hat and the shirt of the Louisian State University that is believed to be stolen from Burrow’s house.

The elements of the theft were consistent with other robberies recently carried out in different parts of the United States by South American robbery groups, according to the complaint. The document added that the groups have generally been composed of South Americans who enter the country illegally or remain in the United States after their visa expires. Groups have jewelry accessories and directed designers, according to the complaint.
