ATC defends Gandapur’s arrest orders


Islamabad:

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) held the arrest orders of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s, Ali Amin Gandapur, and also ordered Thursday and also ordered to initiate the process to declare former Minister Amir Mahmood Kayani proclaimed criminal.

ATC Tahir Abbas Sapra judge heard the case. The Court maintained the arrest orders of Gandapur for its continuing not appearance despite being summoned in the case of Faizabad’s protest about the disqualification of the founder of PTI.

During the hearing, Ilyyas Siddiqui, Raja Zahoor and others appeared in the Court on behalf of the accused.
