Islamabad:
Pakistan and China have agreed to strengthen ties and launch joint transmission projects to effectively address false news and misinformation.
This agreement was reached during a meeting between the Federal Information Minister of Information of Pakistan, ATTA Tarar, and Deputy Director of the Advertising Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and the Secretary of the National Administration Party and Television of the Minister of China, Cao Shumin.
Both parties agreed that the strengthening of the relations of the media, cultural and people to people would introduce new dimensions to the long friendship of Pakistan-China, Radio Pakistan reported Thursday.
